1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Closerr, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction) and that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Account Registration and Security

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

Closerr is a platform for staying connected with close relationships. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior. You agree that all content you post, share, or communicate through the Service must comply with our community standards.

You may not post, share, or transmit any content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
• Promotes violence, discrimination, or hatred against individuals or groups
• Contains sexually explicit material or exploitation of minors
• Infringes on intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights of any party
• Contains spam, unsolicited advertising, or promotional materials
• Impersonates any person or entity or misrepresents your affiliation with a person or entity
• Contains malware, viruses, or any code designed to harm or disrupt the Service
• Violates any applicable laws or regulations

3.3 Enforcement

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Violation of these Terms may result in:

• Immediate removal of the offending content
• Temporary or permanent suspension of your account
• Complete removal from the platform (ejection)
• Reporting to law enforcement authorities where appropriate

4. Content Reporting and Moderation

4.1 Reporting Mechanism

We provide an in-app reporting mechanism for users to report objectionable content or abusive behavior. You can report content or users directly through the app's reporting features.

4.2 Response Time

We commit to reviewing and responding to all reports within 24 hours. Upon verification of a violation, we will take appropriate action, which may include content removal and user account suspension or termination.

4.3 Content Filtering

We employ automated and manual content filtering methods to detect and prevent objectionable content from appearing on the platform. However, no filtering system is perfect, and we rely on our community to report content that violates these Terms.

5. User Blocking

You have the ability to block other users to prevent them from interacting with you on the platform. Blocking a user will prevent them from viewing your content, sending you messages, or otherwise interacting with your account.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you post to the Service. By posting content, you grant Closerr a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

6.2 Our Content

The Service, including its design, features, functionality, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by Closerr Technologies Inc and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Child Safety and CSAE Compliance

7.1 Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to use Closerr. We will terminate accounts of users we determine to be under the minimum age requirement.

7.2 Prohibited Child-Related Content

The following content related to minors is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination and law enforcement reporting:

• Any visual depiction of sexually explicit conduct involving minors
• Content that sexualizes or promotes the sexual exploitation of minors
• Grooming behavior or attempts to build inappropriate relationships with minors
• Requesting, demanding, or soliciting sexual content from minors
• Content promoting child trafficking or exploitation

7.3 Enforcement and Reporting

We employ multiple measures to detect and prevent CSAE content:

• Automated content filtering and detection systems
• Proactive monitoring for grooming patterns and behaviors
• Immediate response to user reports involving minors
• Mandatory reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC)
• Full cooperation with law enforcement investigations

By using Closerr, you agree to comply with all provisions of our Child Safety and CSAE Policy. Violation of this policy will result in immediate account termination with no possibility of appeal and mandatory reporting to appropriate authorities.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@closerr.io.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and we may delete your account and all associated content.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
